Brian Malone is an experienced luthier who will guide you through the process and teach you the skills you need to create your own custom guitar.
Training individuals for careers in lutherie, our two-week comprehensive fret work based workshop offers individualized hands on training in fretted instrument repair. AGW’s workshops are designed to walk you through the typical everyday variety of repair work and creative problem solving performed in repair shops,  while the two-week acoustic building course takes you through the steps in learning and understanding the materials, designing, and building of a steel string acoustic from scratch, (not prefab kits) along with in depth fretting techniques.
